Lill went to day care again today and was in another great mood when I picked her up. She wasnt too keen on dinner and didnt eat much at all.
I let the kids stay up late tonight and Josh fell asleep before Lill did!

Lilly was pretty cranky all morning and seems she is still not fully over this flu. I decided to set her up on the couch for a rest and she had a good hour or so sleep.
Once Lilly was up we all headed to the strawberry farm. Lilly was amazed by all the food and kept walking around saying 'mmm mmmmm'
Josh and Lilly played outside for a while and then we headed over to Lilly's Nan and Poppy's for a lovely roast lamb that Nicole cooked for us all. Lilly was a machine and devoured it all within no time.
We didnt stay for too long as its a school night and managed to get Lilly to bed asleep before 8pm.

Lilly went to the market with her Dad and brother this morning, Damian said she was really good and only tried to run off once.
Lilly went down for her arvo nap with no fuss so I decided to sneak one in as well, we all didnt wake up until 7pm!
Josh had made a cubby house with sheets in his room and made a bed for Lilly so she could stay in there with him, sooo cute! but she had a really bad sleep and kept grizzling all night, I could hear Josh a few times yelling out 'shhhhhh Lill'

Lilly was off to day care today and was wrapped to see Bella and Aunty Nikki here first thing this morning.
She seemed to have had a great day as she was in a great mood when I picked her up.
We had a quick dinner and headed over to Bonnie and Ty's for a few drinks, Lilly wasnt interested in playing with the boys and opted to sit with Bonnie and I.
Lilly got quite cranky by 9pm so we headed home and suprisingly Lilly went straight to sleep.

Lilly just didnt want to get up this morning, she must have been stuffed from last night.
She also seems to be coming down with a cold as she fell asleep by 11am and really wasnt herself as she sooked for most of the day.
Lilly just loved the pumpkin soup I made for dinner and ate a whole bowl full.
I got the kids into bed by 7.30 tonight although Lilly just didnt want to sleep, it took well over an hour for her to finally drift off.

Lilly was pretty good today, she played inside for the morning then came out to help me do some weeding in the garden.
We came inside for some lunch and not too long after I found her asleep on the couch.
She woke up 10mins before we had to leave to get Josh from school.
I took the kids round to Brenna's as we were going to go trick or treating, Lilly had a ball running from house to house and her little legs just about caved in by the end of it all. She pigged out on her lollies when we got home and I was suprised she went to bed when I asked.

Lill had day care again today, and really didnt want to come home when I got there, but I just look at it as though she must be having a great time as she seems really happy and settled there.
Straight outside when we got back home and she seemed to ahve a ball in the cubby.
Steak, chips and veg for dinner and again she was very picky about eating meat.
I tried to get Lill into bed by a reasonable time but no luck, she cried and kept getting up, sneaking into Joshuas room, she ended up falling asleep by 9.30.

Nicole dropped the kids off at 2pm and we had another lazy day together, the kids did play outside together for a while pretty well but it wasnt long before they had to have time outs from each other.
Lilly loved all her dinner but lately is becoming a little fussy about eating meat, she will eat all her vegies in nno time and only a little bit of meat per serve.
She was an absolute terror in going to bed tonight, I can see daylight savings is going to take a while for her to get use to.

Well Lilly was obviously very tired as she didnt get up until after 10am!
We all mucked around in my bed for ages laughing and carrying on until we heard a knock at the door, it was Nicole and Bella.
They stayed until 1.30 and then we just all lazed about for the arvo.
As soon as I mentioned to Lilly she was going to see Aunty Nikki and Bella she was jumpin up and down like crazy.
We dropped them off at 6pm for the night which Lilly was very happy with.

Lill seemed to have had a wonderful day at the day care today as she didnt want to come home!
She played with Josh outside for a while but then became extremely testy and started to drive us all nuts!
Shaun and Emily came over for a visit and she was so happy to see them, she gave Shaun a big kiss and cuddle when they had to leave, aww she can be so cute at times.
Lill had a late night and didnt go to sleep until 10pm!

Nothing much to report on today, Lill and I headed outside in the afternoon for a bit of gardening, picked Josh up from school and they were straight outside in their cubby again :)

Another boring day for Lilly today, it was pretty bad weather so no playing outside, the locksmith came over to fix the front door and she was chatting her head off to him.
She was wrapped to see Josh after school and they played around the house for most of the night.

A pretty boring day for Lilly all round, she did a good job of keeping herself occupied until Josh got home from school.
We had fish & chips for dinner and Lilly ate sooo much, she nearly ate a whole butterfish to herself!
Lill was pretty good going to bed tonight.

Lill was fantastic this morning, no fuss at all, dressed and ready for day care before 8am.
She seemed quite hot and bothered though when I picked her up and played for ages outside with Josh in their cubby.
She had a late night to bed with some fuss.

Lill was great this morning, she was so excited as she watched the cubby house go up and couldnt wait for it to be finished.
We walked up to John and Jens as they were having a BBQ for Johns bday. Lill did such a great job walking all that way although she looked pretty tempted to jump on Hunnys back a few times, ahahaha.
On the way home she struggled to keep up with Josh as he thought it was a race and kept running off.
When we got home Lilly and Josh got to play in the cubby all afternoon and had a ball.
We had a roast for dinner and Lilly's plate was empty in no time!

I got Lill all dressed up today as we were going to Nicoles - she was having a make up party, check out these pics ....

She had a ball playing outside with Josh and Bella, but it didnt take long for her to come inside and see what we were all doing.

Lill came home with me for an arvo nap and was lost for the rest of the evening as she didnt know where Josh had got to.

Another day at creche today, not too much to post, Lill was great when she got home.

A day at home for Lilly and me as the electrician was coming over again. We dropped Josh off and chilled out while the sparky got to work.
Lilly kept checking on his work every 10mins and kept gasbagging away to him.
She put herself to bed after lunch and had a great sleep.
She was in a fantastic mood when she got up and was so happy to see Josh when we got him from school.
We headed to see Lainie and her kids for a visit and they all played well together, Lilly especially like Rhyllie's trampoline.
Back home for a yummy dinner and was so happy to see Lilly eat it all.
Lill went to bed late and wasn't too happy about going to bed at all, she finally fell asleep by 10pm.

We had to get organised early today alot planned so we got Josh to school at a good time then headed for Brenna's.
The kids had a quick play and then headed off, we stopped to feed Branna's horse, I took Lill over to see and give pitsy a pat she was a little freaked out at first then was amazed and smiling constantly.
Lilly had a ball at the community house where they had so many activities on for the kids. She played with the playdoh while she waited her turn to get her face painted....

After Zakk had his face done it was Lilly's turn ...

Lill wasn't too keen for the animal farm display and was busting to go and see Thomas the tank, Zakk and Lill giggled the whole time on the train ride and weren't too sure of Thomas up and close when we got off.

We then pigged out on a sausage and decided to head home, dropped Brenna and Zakk off on the way and Lill had a sleep on the couch before we headed to Nana Juney's.

Lill stayed there for the afternoon while I had a few chores to take care of.

I picked Lilly up after I got Josh from school and Nana had bought her a halo ...

When we got home there was a postcard from Nana for Lilly ...

I was lazy this evening and opted for take away, the kids were wrapped when we told them we were having McDonalds so we went down there with Nicole and Bella and kids had a play on the swings after dinner.

Lilly must have been buggered as she went to sleep with no hassels.

After dropping Josh off at school Lill and I chilled out for the morning and by 11am she was getting very testing with me, she kept yelling and throwing things, she even thought it would be fun to try and squash the cat.
Lill didnt go down for her nap until after 2pm which is a bugger as I know I will have to wake her to go and get Josh.
She fell asleep on the way home from school and was in a foul mood for the rest of the night.
I made a beautiful beef stew for dinner and was very happy when I saw Lilly eat the lot and still want more.
Off to bed a little later than usual.

Another Monday already and Lilly was off to day care so we dropped Josh off at school first and then headed to the creche.
Lill seemed to be in a great mood and went off happily to play straight away.
I picked her up after getting Josh from school and she was playing in the sand pit, I had bumped into Sundae down there and it was good to realise both of her daughters are in Lilly's group the same days that Lilly goes.
Nicole, Bella and Shannon came over to visit and Lilly was in the biggest hyperactive mood (gets it from me, lol) but when she saw we were having roast chicken she soon quietened down and ate everything on her plate.
Again Lill went to bed at a good time with no fuss.

Lilly was happy to occupy herself with her cabbage patch doll and other toys this morning while I cleaned the house.
We dropped the kids off at their Nan and Poppy's as I was off to the Mornington Wine Festival.
We got back to pick them up about 3pm and Lilly was sound asleep and wasn't happy with being woke up to come home.
We had a lazy afternoon, Josh and Lill played outside and got filthy dirty in the back garden.
An easy dinner and suprisingly an early night for the kids.

Lill was up early as usual and did a great job of keeping herself occupied while I designed a b'day card for Sheniah.
I got some cool pics of the kids before we dropped Josh off...

Then we headed for Frankston. Lilly slept the whole way there and was really well behaved right up until the last shop where she decided to throw herself on the floor and not get up routine.

Back to get Josh and Lilly was pretty happy that he decided to share his take home lolly bag with her.

We chilled at home for an hour then off to Brenna's so the kids could have a play.

Home for dinner and an early night in bed for Lilly.

Lilly went to day care today and seemed quite happy to be able to play straight outside when she arrived.
I picked her up about 3.45pm and we headed home.
Josh and Lill pigged out on sandwiches and biscuits, then spent an hour or so playing.
I was impressed that they both ate all their dinner and even wanted sweets!
Lill watched Josh play his PS2 and then sat down to watch cartoons with her dad.

Another day at home for Lill today and since the electrician was working outside I thought it would be best if she stayed indoors.
She eagerly waited for the Wiggles to come on and sang ever so loudly to their songs.
Lill decided to have an early nap today and had put herself to bed by 11am.
She slept through till 1.30 and woke to a big lunch which she ate all of it and then played with her toys for a while.
I noticed how quiet it was and when I found here chillin on the couch I then saw the pen in her hand ... then I saw the pen drawn all over her, and I mean all over her!
We went to get Josh and had to make a quick stop at safeway.
Lill and Josh played well while I got everything organised for the BBQ at Brenna's.
Lilly, Josh and Zakk ran around like mad outside until it got dark, then it was inside for some movies, moving on to trashing Zakk's room.
We had a late dinner and didn't get home till 9.30.
Lill was very unsettled and didn't want to go to bed, as I was heading off to bed I noticed she wasn't in her room instead she had decided to bunk in with Josh for the night.

Another 6.30am wake up call from Lill. Again she was dressed and fed before Josh had even got up.
I put her in a cute dress that her cousin Bella had given her and once Josh was organised we headed for the school.
We popped into Brenna's for a quick coffee and she said she would watch her while I went to court which was a great help.
I came back at approx. 11am but they werent there so I waited for 45mins but really needed to go to the loo so I left a note and quickly went back home. I rangBrenna when I got home and she was there I must have just missed her, she said Lilly was asleep.
When I got there she looked so adorable asleep in Zakk's big bed so Brenna, Zakk and I lazed about outside since it was such a beautiful day.
She woke at 2pm and played so well with Zakk outside, they got themselves so wet as we let them play with the hose and also filled the small wading pool. Lilly got the giggles when she was splashing Brenna's dog (Tarni) as she jumped everytime Lill splashed her, it was great to see Lill so happy.
We left at about 2.30 as we had to go home for a change of clothes and to get Josh. So I packed Hunny, water pistols and more clothes into the car and once we had Josh headed straight back to Brenna's.
Again the kids had a ball and were very wet by the time we had to go home. Lilly had Brenna and I in fits of laughter as she was scooting down the slide so fast as she was so wet, then she decided to literally jump in the wading pool with Hunny (our dog) and splash about.
She really didnt want to go home but we headed off about 5.15.
I made them a quick and easy meal of macaroni and cheese as they were hungry from all the running around.
I made a point of getting them to bed early tonight and Lill was asleep by 8.30 after quite a fuss and alot of crying.

Lill was happily chatting to me in bed this morning at 6.30am, so I decided to get up and get a head start on the day.
She was dressed, fed and ready to go before Josh had even woke up.
We headed out to drop Josh off at school and then came home for the once over clean before the landlord arrived, we headed outside and watered the garden and Lill decided to jump into the pile of wet dirt and transformed from gorgeous to filthy within minutes, second change of clothes for the day and it was only 10am!
Lill was quite cheeky when the landlord turned up and kept getting in their way and chatting actually yelling over the top of me to get everyones attention.
Not long after she wouldnt stop yawning and after I had made myself a coffee turned to see her asleep on the floor, so I popped her into bed, I had to wake her up to go and get Josh.
She was so happy to see Josh and we came straight home as the plumber was there installing new oven. The plumber had brought his dog and the kids played fetch with her.
The plumber had also left the front gate open and when I went to show him the leaking pipes in the garden Josh started yelling 'Mum look at Lilly' there she was in the middle of the road!!! I felt my heart pop out of my chest and ran as fast as I could to get her, what an awful feeling that was so once the plumber had left I decided it was time to go inside.
Lill and Josh played around until dinner was ready but she was a bugger to get to bed tonight, she didnt want to sleep in her bed instead opting to bunk with Josh, they both fell asleep about 10pm and they looked so cute asleep together.

I actually had to wake Lilly up this morning and we all got ready by 8am.
Lill was off to day care today so we dropped Josh off first then headed to the child care centre.
She was a little upset when I left as I told her to put her lunch box on the shelf with the other kids as she wanted to carry it around so Bronwyn came over to give her a cuddle and she seemed fine.
I picked her up after I got Josh and Bronwyn stopped me before I went outside to get her and said that she adores having Lilly in her group and that she is so loving giving her lots of cuddles and is really using her words well. I was so happy to hear that.
We came home and the kids watched some cartoons and had a snack.
Olive and Lea came over for a visit and the kids run amok outside, playing well together though.
Chicken snitzel for dinner and I was running late so Lill was getting quite moody, once it was served she ate it all in a flash. Towards the end of her meal she nearly fell asleep so I let her sit quietly and watch a movie for a while, half way through she had put herself to bed.

I went to pick Lill and Josh up from Nicole's at 1pm as I had been to Dandenong to get a new PC. They were all outside playing when I got there and seemed to be in a great mood.
Nicole said they were well behaved apart from Lilly waking at 11.30pm crying and screaming until 1.30am, Nicole seemed to think it was her toe (shehad stubbed it a few days ago) so she gave her some panadol and eventually drifted back off to sleep.
We went back home and the kids played outside while I cleaned and got a beautiful roast dinner ready.
Lilly ate so much it was amazing but she wasnt too keen on the meat.
She was a little harder to get to sleep tonight as it was 9pm before she got into bed but kept getting out, she was sounders by 10pm.

Lill woke up and was again wondering where Josh was. Everytime she heard a car go past she ran to the door yelling 'Josh'.
As I was sooo tired we lazed about for the morning in our pj's and watched cartoons.
Josh was dropped off at 11 and Lill was so excited, they chased each other around for ages, then we headed down to do some shopping.
Lill was so well behaved but poor girl ran out of steam by the end of it all and fell asleep in the trolley.
She woke up before we got home and wouldnt go back to sleep and ended up being in a bad mood for the rest of the day.
Lill was extremely unhappy when Josh and I left to go and help Brenna!
When we got back Lill and Josh played well outside until dinner was ready, they ate all their dinner and we headed to Nicole's as the kids were staying there for the night.

Lill was off to day care this morning and since we were on time we dropped her off first, she was very happy and didnt make any fuss when I left.
I picked Lill up at 4.30 and she was at a loss with what to do as Josh was staying over at friends house, she kept calling out for him and looking everywhere for him.
Damian and I decided to go out so Aunty Nicole came with Bella and watched Lill for us.
When we got home Nicole said that she went to bed by 9pm and was great for her.

Pretty boring day for Lilly, we dropped Josh off at school and came home to laze about watching TV and playing some games with her dolly's.
Lill had a great sleep in the afternoon and woke 5 mins before we had to leave to get Josh from school.
When we got home Lill sat next to Josh and excitedly watched him play his PS2 games.
Lill ate all her dinner and again went to bed with no fuss, she didnt even get up once.

Wow did we all sleep in this morning!
I even had to wake Lill which is amazing.
We got Josh to school late and then headed home for a lazy morning.
Lilly went to Nana Juney's at 11.30 while I went for my dentist appointment.
Nan said she was well behaved and we stayed for lunch and a good chat.
Lill and I came home to do some cleaning and Lill had a great afternoon sleep.
We went to pick up Josh from school then came home, the kids played well together, ate all their dinner and went to bed with no fuss.

Again Lill was up nice and early, she had her morning milk and her brekky before Josh had even woke up.
She was a little cheeky this morning and didnt want to get dressed so instead of chasing her around I let her be in her pj's for the morning.
We dropped Josh off at school and came home for a nice relaxing day.
Considering I was busy washing, cleaning all the usual junk Lill was really good at occupying herself and not throwing her usual tanti's.
I did however bust her in Josh's room jumping off his table on to his bed, she thought it was hilarious and was giggling like mad.
She had a good afternoon sleep and was even better that I didnt have to wake her to go and get Josh, her body clock must be kicking in as she woke 5 mins before we had to leave.
Lill was so excited to see Josh when we picked him up and when they got home she happily sat in his room and watched him play his games.
All her dinner was polished off in record time and then it was off for a shower as I had noticed she had covered herself in texta.
Back in her pj's again and there was no fuss when I said time for bed, she was asleep by 8pm

Up at 7am and playing with her cabbage patch dolls until I dragged my butt out of bed.
Lill was in a great mood this morning, I had no trouble in getting her ready for day care and we left by 8.15.
Wow was she excited to get in the child centre, she was skipping all the way in and got straight into playing with the toys, happily waving goodbye as I left.
I picked her up after we got Josh and was so happy, she had been playing in the sand pit.
When we got home she continued in her good mood and sat and watched Josh play his PS2 game, then came out to the kitched to help me with dinner, she was getting the ingredients out of the fridge and saying 'good girl'
She ate all her dinner and then wanted to play with her dolls in her room, she did go in to annoy Josh a few times then it was straight off to bed asleep, she didnt get up once!

Lill was happily yelling and screaming the house down with Josh and Bella this morning.
She enjoyed her brekky and in no time was into the poker chips and cards throwing them all about the room.
After she helped Josh and Bella clean up the mess it was off to have a shower.
All dressed and ready for the day she happily amused herself by helping Josh and Bella trash Josh and her room, I mean they literally turned it upside down.
Nicole rang and said she would be over after a shower so I told the kids to tidy up before she arrived, amazingly they did a good job.
Lill wasnt too happy when Josh went to Bellas and she had to stay home, but she watched the My little pony movie and then put herself to sleep for the afternoon.
She didnt wake until 3.30 and we went to get Josh.
We then headed to see Nana Juney and Lill was so excited to see her at the door and gave her big kisses.
She was very well behaved at Nanas and at 5pm we headed home for dinner.
I made a pasta bake and Lill are a huge bowl full. After her milk she went to bed with ease, she did however get up a few times so I turned her lamp off and she was sounders within 10mins

Cheeky chops Lilly decided it would be fun to wake a very hungover mum up by pinching, it worked a treat coz I was up in a flash, but wasnt feeling the best thats for sure.
I gave the kids breakfast and tried to rest on the couch, Lill was good I have to admit and laid with me for a good hour while Josh played his Spiderman game.
Lill decided to go and play with Josh and they chased each other round the house playing hide and seek for ages. Then we tried Lilly in a pair of undies to see how she would go as she kept taking her nappy off.
They had their lunch while I sat at the PC, Josh came over and whispered .. Mum look at Lilly shes asleep, I turn to see she had fallen asleep at the dinner table ...

I know your probably thinking what is that on her face? Well its the face paint from day care that wont come off!Lill slept for a good 2 hours and still had her undies on, I was a bit worried she would wet but to my suprise she was dry when she woke!
As soon as I said we're going to see Aunty Nikki she got a bit excited and we had to put a nappy back on, lol.
All the kids played outside the whole time I was at Nicoles and were'nt happy when it was time to go, Bella wanted to stay the night so that made leaving a little easier. I gave Lill a shower and all the paint finally came off, she wasnt impressed when I had to scrub and scrub with the face washer, then she refused to get out, kept closing the door and saying bye. I turned the taps off and woooo did she holler.
The kids had spaghetti for dinner and then it was off to their rooms for some play time.
Lilly had put herself to bed again and was sounders by 8.30.

I had Lill dressed and ready for day care by 8am, we dropped Josh off first.
Lill was keen to get inside and play with the kids today and didnt even want to say goodbye to me.
I picked her up at 4.30 and she seemed to be in a great mood, she had face paint on in the theme of Sydney swans and looked so cute.
We then went to get Josh and stopped in at Brennas on the way home, it didnt take long before she turned into miss cheeky chops and was jumping on Brennas furniture.
We headed home, Lill and Josh played together for a bit while I got ready for my night out. When I got out of the bathroom I noticed how quiet it was and soon realised why when I looked in her room as she had put herself to bed, she must of had a big day at the child care centre.

Lill enjoyed staying home for the morning while lazing about with me.
When Nicole and Bella popped in she played happily with Bella for a while, as they were leaving our neighbours popped in to see the garden and Lill was running around like mad and showing off.
We went shopping, Lill had a huge hissy fit in the main street and embaressed the begeebers out of me, while I did my grocery shop Lill fell asleep in the trolley, she stayed asleep through me getting the vegies at the market garden, didnt wake when boistrous Josh got in the car and slept through the whole visit at Aunty Mels.
She finally woke up when we got to Nan and Poppys but was ever so moody and wasnt interested in the Hello Kitty showbag Nana had got for her so I decided not to stay for long and we headed home.
At home she ended up having 2 time outs and the last one seemed to have done the trick as she was back to her cheery self, thank goodness.
Lill ate most of her dinner and played with Josh but didnt go to bed till 9pm!

Well Lill and Josh were running around like mad by the time I got up from my wonderful sleep in. Josh had even made Lill breakfast, I bet she would love for Josh to make her breakfast everyday as he made, chocolate spread on toast!
We enjoyed lazing about in our pj's for the morning and was nice not to have to go out in the car but to all stay at home.
Lill played with her toys and once that become boring for her we got changed in our outside/play clothes and headed for outside.
The kids throughly enjoyed digging in the dirt and making a total mess of the back garden until Lill got dirt in her eyes and kept making it worse byrolling in the dirt and rubbing her eyes. Within no time it was lunch so we headed inside again for yoghurt and sandwiches, Josh spotted the marshmellows and they both devoured them before I could even grab one.
Since we were all dirty I thought we might as well make most of the weather and headed outdoors again. Lill was quite good at occupying herself with her slide and kicking the ball around, then the yawns kicked in so I thought I would try Lill for an arvo nap but she really didnt want to go to bed instead she opted for the couch and amazingly slept there for 2 hours, she was even snoring!

Once she was up it was straight for the shower, she is so cute when she shuts the shower door, waves and says 'Bye mum' 10mins later out comes a gorgeous clean girl and I popped her into herpj's all ready for dinner.
Fish fingers and chips for dinner and all eaten within minutes.
Nicole and Bella dropped in again as they had bought show bags for the kids, Lill's was a Dora the explorer bag and she was wrapped!

The kids run amok for the rest of the evening, chasing the poor cat, Lill drew texta all over herself and didnt get to bed until 11pm!

Lilly was still in the bath when I went to pick the kids up from Nicole's this morning so I let her be while I dropped Josh off at his Pirate day activities.
When I returned Nicole had her dressed and looking gorgeous.
We all decided to go to K-Mart to see if they had any school clothes, they had none as per usual, so I ended up buying Lilly the most adorable Dorothy the dinosaur outfit and some new shoes. She really enjoyed being pushed around in Bella's stroller and also scoffing a hot dog for lunch. When we returned to Nicoles she really started to become grumpy and I thought it was time for her to go home for a nap, which of course she didnt want to have a bar of, she also decided it would be fun to cover herself in nappy cream, which I had only bought a few days ago! Within a half hour after that she had passed out.
She didnt like being woke up as we had to go and get Josh and she remained grumpy for the rest of the day and night.
Lill also didnt like her dinner much and picked all the rice off her food before she even attempted putting it near her mouth, lol.
Aunty Nikki and Bella came over and she continued to sook and drop that bottom lip, I was amazed she didnt trip over it, such a pout!
After she had her milk I popped her in her pj's and she went to bed quite well, she got up a few times but was sound asleep by 8.30.

Well a mad dash this morning to try and get Lilly ready for child care. Was really mad at myself for not double checking the pantry last night as the kids didnt have a good variety for their lunch boxes, that will teach me!
We piled into the car and headed for Josh's school first as he was attending another school holiday activity.
Since Bella stayed over last night she didnt mind tagging along, we then dropped Lilly off next and I headed to Nicoles to drop Bella off.
I collected Lilly from day care and they said she had a great day, painting outside and dancing, although she didnt seem too happy that I was there to get her, Lill made quite a fuss when we had to leave kicking and screaming her famous high pitch scream. This scream continued on even when we got home and I finally gave in to the ignoring technique and had to giver her a time out.
A half hour later of kicking, screaming, throwing and hitting she finally settled down and was eager for her dinner, another of Lillys favourites, sausages and vegies.
Lill refused to have a bath but preffered a shower and was in there for a good 15mins. Out came a squeaky clean girl and once she was dressed had her evening milk, I thought she would have gone straight to bed but she wouldnt have a bar of that especially when Aunty Nikki and Bella came over for another visit. Nicole asked if the kids could go back to her place for the night and within a flash they were packed and off they went.

Well it seems all the sleep Lilly has had has made a huge difference, she was up at the crack of dawn but I coaxed her into bed with me for a sleep in, I mean its sunday and the weather is really bad and we deserve it, lol.
Lilly and I stayed in our pj's and lazed about watching movies and playing on PC for most of the morning. Joshua went to his Nan and Poppy's with his dad so he could record some shows onto the DVD recorder, just gotta love technology. Aunty Nikki and Bella brought Joshua back home which kicked us into gear and we finally got dressed.
We then all went for a walk to see another neighbour of mine named Christina, I met her at Olives lunch party yesterday as she has a place for rent and Aunty Nikki wanted to have a look. Lilly, Josh and Bella loved running around the unit looking in all the cupboards and hiding from us.
We then headed home, Nikki went home and Bella stayed to play for the afternoon, Lilly refused to have her afternoon nap so we just cleaned the house and then made a start on re-decorating the hermie tank. Nicole came to collect Bella and as they were leaving Bella asked if she could come back and stay the night.
We had roast beef for dinner and poor Lilly couldnt keep her eyes open any longer she looked so cute dozing off at the table but as soon as she heard me say ohhh yummo she was up and eagerly awaiting her dinner, she devoured nearly all of it but found it difficult to sit still as Nemo was showing on the TV.
Lill polished her bedtime milk off in no time and when I realised it was too quiet I looked over to find daddy and Lill asleep on the couch, awww how cute.

Lilly still isnt 100% this morning, she wouldnt eat her breakfast and fell straight back asleep after her morning milk drink. Lill slept on the couch until 12pm, and then woosh she was full of beans again!
We headed over to our neighbours for lunch where she seemed to enjoy herself immensly, played with Lea well and ate most of her lunch.
By 3.30 she was fast asleep in my arms and that was my call to get her home for her afternoon sleep.
I decided to get an afternoon nap in and woke to find Lilly next to me on the couch, she seemed quite happy but had a slight temperature. I gave her as much water and juice as she liked and after dinner she had fallen asleep on the couch again, Im assuming its a tummy bug or a cold/flu kicking in but if she isnt better by tomorrow its off to the doctors.

Ran out of steam

Lill was up and at it around 8am this morning. I did a good job of sleeping in and therefore Lill was late for her day care. She seemed great when I dropped her off but when I went to pick her up at 4.30pm she looked a little tired and sooky.
She wanted to be picked up abd cuddled as soon as I walked in the door and was pretty keen to go home.
The girls said she had a great day, painting outside and is quite the dancer, they were playing Ricky Martin and she boogied her toosh off.
Once we were home she continued to be quite sooky and polished off 2 full juice bottles in no time. I started on dinner, one of the kids favourite dishes (creamy bacon fettuchine) but half way through cooking I noticed it was extremely quite, when I went looking for Lill she had put herself to bed, which is very unlike Lilly's normal behaviour so I knew my girl was not feeling the best and most likely coming down with a flu.
When she saw me in her room she decided to get back up and waited ever so patiently for her dinner.
Once dinner was served she was disinterested so I changed her for bed and Josh read her a story. Lilly was asleep in no time.
We had Bonnie and Ashleigh over for a few drinks and about 9pm we heard a sweet little voice talking in the hallway ... Lilly must have refuelled from her little nap, she was quite happy to have a milk but then went straight back to sleep on the couch. Once everyone had left I placed her back into bed. I heard her screaming terribly around 3am and went in to stroke her head and kiss her gently, reassuring her everything was ok, she drifted back off to sleep again.

Thursday at home with mum

I could hear a sweet little voice talking and singing at about 6.30am, I couldnt believe Lilly was up alreaady, it seems to be getting earlier every day! In no time that sweet sounding voice turned into the ever so popular high pitch scream as Lill wanted her morning milk and she wanted it now.

I decided to dress my girl up today and we put on her Dora outfit Nana Jen bought her and her spunky pink boots Nana sent over from Tasmania.

We dropped Josh off at his school for his school holiday activities and then headed to see Juney for a visit. Lilly wasnt impressed when we discovered Juney wasnt home so we left her a note and headed back home.

Lill was pretty well behaved for most of the morning but then when she got tired about 11am she became unbearable and refused to go down for a rest :( She managed to break a glass, pull her pretty piggy tails out, then got into the bathroom to eat half a tube of toothpaste, pull all the toilet paper off the roll, trash her bedroom and then terrorise the poor cat.

She finally gave into the land of nod at about 1.30pm on the lounge room floor, so I gently carried her to her bed where she had a great sleep.

Amazingly she woke up in a good mood and was even happier when I told her we had to go and get Josh.

Back at home she continued on her spree of turning the house upside down, by pulling all the folded washing off my bed, grrrr, then jumped on my bed and started to rip a nice big hole in my sheet, double grrrr, Josh was the alarm and started yelling "mum look at what Lill is doing to your bed!" I knew that was my call to go and suss out what she was up to, and yep she had ripped a huge tear in the bed sheet, not happy!

Lill loved her dinner and after she had a play with Josh then when she began her terror spree yet again of screaming, yelling, pulling the cd's and dvd's off the shelves it was a matter of saying "get to bed' and wow off she went, Lill was sounders within half an hour. Goodnight cheeky xoxox

Kai's Birthday Today

What great timing this morning, you woke up 15mins after me in another great mood. You saw Josh have Nutri Grain and ooohh and ahhhed so I gave in and let you have a bowl. You finished your bowl before Josh and I couldnt stop laughing when I saw you drinking the leftover milk from the bowl, ha ha ha.
You seemed really frustrated and bored this morning not even 10 mins of Play School couldnt occupy you, instead you opted for the bathroom again and yes the toothpaste.
I quickly turned your attention to your blocks and you were content for about 10mins, I went to check on you only to find you in the lounge room asleep on the couch, you must have been really tired as you slept there for 2 hours while mummy cleaned around you.
Off to get Josh which again your very happy about and we popped into see Kai for his 3rd Birthday. You and Josh played so well all evening and he must have worn you out so much from all that running up and down the house that you put yourself to bed! Goodnight xox

Morning sweetie

Awww had to wake Lill up this morning and she was so cute, so cuddly. Straight into the car with PJ's on and all and headed for school to drop Josh off, we were running a little late.
You said bye to Josh but still arent happy with the idea of him going to school. Back home we go and you got stuck into a big brekky then kicked back and watched Play school with a milk. As soon as that was over I heard you in the bathroom, off I go to investigate and here you are with toothpaste in your hair!
We had a lazy day at home but you did help me out with the washing in the afternoon.
You were very excited to see Josh at the pool and even more so when you realised he was coming home.
You must have been tired though as you fell asleep in the car.
You were great in the evening, ate all your dinner and went to bed really well, sweet dreams xox

The beginning ...

This is something I hope as you will grow older you will be able to look back upon and see all the wonderful things that are YOU!
I realise that it would've been easier to have started this a long time ago and now have alot of catching up to do, just hop the scanner will hold out ;)
Will be updating this as often as I can and may seem a little over the place until Im up to date, which who knows when that will be.
Lets begin with what you got up to today!
You were fantastic in the morning, such a good girl ate all her brekky considering your mouth must still be a little tender and you have a small bruise still showing on your cheek xoxox. Once we were all ready you went to ABC Learning Centre for the day and I dropped Josh off at school.
I returned o pick you up at 3.30pm and you seemed to be having a wonderful time, so much in fact you were hesitant to leave.
Next stop was to see Juney but she wasnt home which you made sure I knew and heard all about it!
As soon as we step in the door you head for the kitchen and start screaming, I know you want something but cant figure it out, off you run to Josh's school bag to find a container of fruit, now your happy and chill out for a bit with Josh who is eagerly watching his favourite cartoon.
Mummy is off to a scrapbook party tonight and you get to spend time with Daddy and Josh will update more later on. xoxox
